1. Introduction

Welcome to our Beer Tasting Tour in Sofia, Bulgaria. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• We accept booking requests up to the same day of the tour, provided that the request is made at least three (3) hours in advance.
• A booking request does not guarantee participation in the tour. We will contact you to confirm your booking.
• Once confirmed, we will send a payment link for you to complete your booking.
• Your participation in the tour is secured only after we receive your payment.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments are required upon confirmation of your booking.
• If we need to cancel the tour for any reason (e.g., guide unavailability), we will provide a full refund.
• If an attendee needs to cancel, we offer a full refund only if we receive at least three (3) hours’ notice before the tour starts and if a valid reason is provided (e.g., illness or similar unforeseen circumstances).
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than three (3) hours’ notice or without a valid reason.

4. Tour Conduct and Disruptive Behavior

• We strive to create an enjoyable and respectful experience for all participants.
• Any client acting in an abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate manner towards the guide, other attendees, or the general public may be removed from the tour without a refund.
• The decision to remove a participant from the tour is at the sole discretion of the guide.

5. Liability and Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the tour.
• Participants are responsible for their own well-being and behavior throughout the experience.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Age Requirement and Identification

• All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
• Attendees must carry a valid form of identification during the tour.
• Failure to provide valid identification upon request may result in denial of participation without a refund.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.
